President Irvin D. Reid has announced that WSU's Division of Research has two new leaders. Hilary Ratner, associate provost, dean of the Graduate School, director of international programs and professor of psychology; and Joseph Dunbar, chair of the Physiology Department, have been named vice president and associate vice president of research, respectively.
